The rays at dawn;

A river at source

Hands extended to embrace and welcome folks;

a tender first flower in spring;

A parched land soaking the rain in;

With a heart bursting to reach its soul

Why wait for another day

Why postpone it one more day

Why resist the spontaneous bursts of hope 

Come on my friend, now let's begin!

Why shy away from the song of the heart 

Why bother what may become 

With a clear tender resolve, 

let's crossover once and for all; 

for this is the Day to Begin.
